Mario graduated in Economics and Commerce from LUISS Guido Carli University and holds a master’s in Business Administration and a Diploma in Finance and Control. A certified accountant and Statutory Auditor, he collaborates with the University of Turin. During his professional career, he has gained extensive experience in the field of assignments of auditing and certification of financial statements in companies listed on the stock exchange in Italy, Spain, France, the U.K., and the U.S.A. He also holds directorship and control positions in listed and regulated companies.
