She has been working with life science startups since 2014 to <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW234195133 BCX0\">assist<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW234195133 BCX0\">,<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW234195133 BCX0\"> develop<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW234195133 BCX0\">,<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW234195133 BCX0\"> and bring promising technologies to the global market. She was formerly the Director of R&amp;D at Bio Istanbul. Prior to that, she was a research associate at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School and the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT, working to <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW234195133 BCX0\">identify<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW234195133 BCX0\"> novel therapeutic targets for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. Isil was a founding member and Board Director of MIT Enterprise Forum Turkey.
