Rome, March 15th, 2023 – Cube Labs S.p.A<\/a>. <\/strong>(“Cube Labs” or the “Company”) – an Italian venture builder in the healthcare technology sector – announced that it has submitted to Borsa Italiana S.p.A. on March 14th<\/sup> the admission <\/strong>application for the trading of its ordinary shares and warrants on the Euronext Growth Milan market – Professional segment, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and dedicated to high-growth potential SMEs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The listing is scheduled for March 17th and trading is expected to start on March 21st, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
