17 November 2022 <\/em>\u2013 Cube Labs, the first venture builder in the healthcare technology space in Italy, announced today that it has extended its strategic partnership with the Italian National Institute for Biostructures and Biosystems (INBB), the leading interuniversity consortium in Italy, for exclusive access to commercial opportunities.  The announcement was made on the occasion of the 14th National Convention of the INBB titled \u201cResearch and Innovation for the Environment, Health and Nutrition\u201d, held in Rome at the CNR headquarters, where Cube Labs Founder and CEO, Filippo Surace, and INBB Director, Pietro Ragni, co-chaired the \u201cTechnology Transfer and Spin Off\u201d panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2017, Cube Labs and INBB had entered a 5-year partnership agreement, granting Cube Labs the right of first refusal to commercially promising technologies under development at INBB member universities, leading to the creation of academic spin offs in a public-private technology transfer model. Indeed, the agreement provides Cube Labs with access to valuable commercial opportunities and ensures close and direct contact with INBB researchers. The agreement has now been extended to 2025 and will enable Cube Labs\u2019 exclusive access to an untapped deal flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
